1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for custom-made bags placed via our contact form or direct message (DM) on social media.

2. Contractor

Contracts are concluded with:

3. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is the individual production of bags based on customer specifications. Each product is handcrafted; slight variations in color, texture, or form may occur and do not constitute defects.

4. Conclusion of contract

Inquiries via form or DM are non-binding. After confirming the design and price, you will receive a written confirmation. Only with this confirmation does the contract become binding.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are calculated individually and communicated before order confirmation. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery

Delivery time is usually 2–6 weeks after payment, depending on complexity. Shipping costs will be communicated during the ordering process.

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to §18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG (Austrian Consumer Protection Law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions apply. Minor deviations in appearance due to materials or handcrafting do not constitute defects.

9. Liability for uploaded content

We assume no responsibility for rights violations related to logos, images, or designs provided by customers. The customer confirms they have the right to use the provided content.

10. Final provisions

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory consumer law specifies otherwise.
